Home Inspection
He is a certified building inspector and electrical engineer. He claims to be under ASHI standards. I would give him straight A's because he is extremely professional. It's all business. If there is something he thinks need attention, he will let you know right away. He uploads pictures he takes to his laptop and shows you what he thinks is going well and needs work. His price is based on the sq ft of the house. He even helped me with advice over the phone on issues outside of home inspection. His prices are also very reasonable and extremely responsive.
