Joe Ricci didn't show up on the first day and he didn't call. He was a no-show no-call 5 out of 18 days. He told me that he would/could handle our multiple projects simultaneously, as he managed 10 workers. I never saw more than 2 or 3 workers on the job.

Joe and Dean were very professional and did a fantastic job completing tje project. Joe was very receptive to my concerns and thoroughly explained the process and courses of action.

Joe is the epitome of a professional and executes all contracted work effectively flawlessly.  He is 110% trustworthy, extremely pleasant to deal with, and is an absolute expert in his field.  He can do nearly everything which might arise during any given project...plumbing, electrical, painting, all carpentry...and he a true master in the installation of tile.  We were initially referred to Joe in 2010 by a friend who demands nothing less than perfection in everything.  We have referred Joe for major projects twice during the past month, and both referrals hired him.  Many have described the 3 major renovations Joe executed in our home as literally the best in their respective areas that anyone has ever seen...quite literally.
