The good news: Eventhough the coupon was expired, they honored part of it. I had a coupon for wash and wax that was lost when we moved last February. I found it a week ago and called them. They agreed to wash the car for the price for the coupon, but I had to pay an extra $30 for the wax.

The not so good news: Their facility is in a parking garage. It is dark in there. When I picked up the car, it looked wonderful....but when I got on outside on the expressway, I noticed that the windshield outside still had dirty spots stuck on it. When I got home and saw the car in the daylight, I was very disappointed. The panels on the side of the car, behind each wheel (not the wheel well), still had splashes of dirt on them and it appeared that they had waxed right over the dirt.

Also, there was a new black mark on one of the front fenders that was not there before.

The coup de grace: I got on the expressway and drove back to downtown Norfolk. On the expressway, a spider crawled across the inside of the windshield. I swerved but did not hit anyone thank goodness and managed to kill it with a tissue. Yuck!

Detailed Hand Wash, Wax, Vacuum, Console Detail, Door Jams, and Rim Care ALL done at last minute request, with top notch, A+ customer care and special consideration! I called right before closing and they were still able to schedule me an appointment. I needed to have my husbands truck washed before he came home. I had done some gardening and the bed was TRASHED! The inside was a mess too from taking the kids to the beach. I didn't want any traces of these activities and also had a doctors appointment to go to. They were able to get me in and out AND detail my (well his) truck like it hadn't seen since it came off the lot!

I used coupons for reduced prices on both vehicles. Made appointment for wash, vacuum and wax. The crew was responsive to my requests, courteous and hardworking. The results were outstanding. It was a shame to have to drive it again in the elements. |Definitely my go to guys for auto detailing.

IDS is a Tidewater Gem! They took my thoroughly neglected automobile, (110,000 miles) and returned it to like new condition. I tried this service with a Groupon discount, but the service is well worth full price.
The IDS has a multi-tiered service level, from hand washing, to full bumper to bumper detail services.
The staff is courteous and respectful; they weren't satisfied with the job until I was satisfied with my car.
Additionally, we were able to discuss a continued care arrangement depending on the winter weather, and spring. This is enormously important, to preserve the value of my auto.
I give this company my highest endorsement possible.

These guys worked hard to get my cars looking great! There were some seriously dirty carpets in one vehicle, on top of just being generally filthy, and they went beyond expected to scrub away some serious stains. Also did an excellent polish job on the other newer vehicle. I've used other detailers in the HR area, and they have done the best job thus far!
