INTERSTATE CLEANING

I had a real serious problem with the guy that came out to clean my carpet. First, he pulled up in a little red car and the equipment was stuffed in the back seat. Then after he came in he started telling me I need special cleaner and this and that. He said it would come to around $500 when they advertised for $99. He was trying to coerse me into paying that. My husband showed up and called the guys manager and they came to the price of $180. It was a complete rip off, and the job wasn't that good to begin with.

They were simply wonderful people and I noticed a change in the air after they cleaned the ducts. They were friendly and hardworking. I also noticed my electric bill was lower. They had top of the line air duct cleaning equipment. I felt this was a very good company.

Clean USA did a great job and there's nothing about it we would change. The grout lines are even and stay clean in the tile work, and all the materials are high quality. It took about a week to complete the work and the area was left very clean.

It was $100 for the family room to get their deep clean service and I had a coupon for the other 3 rooms. The man, who did it, left the family room soaked and it ruined my carpet in there. It was only a little over a year old and it was molding now and had that moldy smell to it. They came back a week later and it was still damp. They smell had gone away and I'm afraid the carpet will have to be replaced now.

We had used a different company first that charged us quite a bit of money and did nothing. Then Clean USA came and showed us a bag with the dust in it to prove that they had done the work correctly. They also put mold cleaners in, and we're very pleased with their work.
