Replastering a cracked master bedroom ceiling. A very poor initial installation by a different contractor

Chris arrived with a wonderful crew. They are a wonderful team an the work was finished efficiently and tidy. I would highly recommend them.

Chris and his crew were great. I called them on Wed. and they scheduled the work the next day. They were in and out under an hour and the work was excellent. They also kept the area they worked in very clean. I would hire and recommend again.

The professionalism and customer service was something to be desired. He did a good job with the repair but no discussion was said up front on the payment and that there is a 2.5% charge for credit card charges. I will go for a more well known company next time so I don't have to find out a whopper of a payment when it'sall said and done.

Wonderful! Showed up on time. Completed the job quickly. They made sure to properly seal off the areas where they were working in order to decrease plaster dust and cleaned up before they left,

It wasn't an easy job due to the house being 100 years old, but they came in and did a great job getting everything tight and looking brand new. No sub crews, owner was on the job all day and didn't leave until I was happy.

A relatively small job. Leaking water pipe damaged an approximately 6 X 3 foot portion of ceiling. Chris returned call within a few hours and agreed to come out for an estimate that evening. He was able to quickly assess damage and provide an estimate. We scheduled a time for repair. His crew arrived on time, put down protective tarps, removed the damaged materials, replaced insulation, and efficiently did the repair. Chris was there the entire time. Crew cleaned up and you could not tell they were there except for the new ceiling. Price was more than fair. They found some additional damage in the area resulting from an air conditioning duct leak and included that repair in the original estimate. Hope that I do not need them again, but they will be the company I call for any future drywall work.

Chris was AWESOME! He is trustworthy, punctual, and good with communication. This company has a customer for every drywall job I have in the future.

The ceiling of the bathroom had a soffit along one side above the vanity and toilet. The soffit was approximately 7 feet long by 1 foot wide by 1 foot high. I removed the soffit and hired Interior Systems to fill in and smoothed out the drywall where the soffit had been removed. Interior Systems did a fantastic job of mudding and smoothing the walls and ceiling where the soffit was removed.

Chris was prompt, fast, and efficiently repaired damaged drywall in my condo. He was more than willing to complete add-on jobs as I found them. He was polite and kept his work area clean. As a woman alone with him, I felt very comfortable and safe having Chris in my home.

Provided outstanding service!! Had a strip of boarder not needed to come off, I would not know where the work was done. Finished the job in about 40 minutes that I thought would take about an hour to a hour and a half. That's what I call "Service", which is kind of hard to find these days. Even let me know I may want to call an exterminator to ward off termites that were starting. 

Chris and his workers came early Saturday morning and got right to work. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Very professional. I will be calling him again for any plaster or drywall work. It looks beautiful and matches the rest of our walls and ceilings. He did a sand finish.

Christopher arrived promptly, placed tarps to cover the floor and carefully protected the shower area.  He applied the first coat of mud to even the ceiling and cover imperfections.  After this coat dried, he applied a second coat.  When he finished, the ceiling looked like new.

Chris was responsive via phone call and text for both projects. He came out quickly to quote and started work promptly after the job was accepted. After he did a wonderful job repairing my ceiling, I had him also create the pass through. Even when he learned that I had a much larger opening in mind (than what my father had described to him during the initial consultation), he quickly adjusted his plans and still completed the project on time, with only a minor increase in cost.  I couldn't have been happier with the work that was done on the pass through. I will definitely call Chris again as we continue to remodel the home.

I sent Chris a message asking for information on  my repair. We are remodeling our kitchen and took out an old 80's style fluorescent light fixture/box that was nailed to the ceiling. Chris called me back within 30 minutes and we discussed the project.  I texted some pictures of what we were looking at and he gave me an estimate on the phone, along with a date he could be there.

Chris showed up on time, put plastic up so there was no dust or debris left in the kitchen.  He took his time and the work that he did surpassed our highest expectations!!! I can't even begin to describe the quality of workmanship he provided.  Everyone we talked to told us no one would be able to get the plaster to exactly match the surrounding swirl pattern.  Chris did such a phenomenal job you can't even tell the work was done.  He matched the swirls to the surrounding ceiling area exactly. 

The kitchen remodelers came the same day to complete the final measurements.  The owner of the company took one look at the work Chris performed and said "I have to have his contact information".  Yes, he really is that good!!!

The price he charged was the same price as he quoted over the phone, not a penny more.

Chris and his helper arrived right on time and started taping off the trim in both the family room and kitchen.  After repairing many areas in both rooms, they began skim coating.  They used a wet sanding technique that was more labor-intensive, but gave a beautiful smooth finish without all the dust .  This was a pleasant surprise, since another plasterer I had used in the past used the dry sanding method that made dust settle everywhere.  Chris knows his craft....a true professional.  He even came back out to our home when I found a small area they missed.  I will use him again if needed.  Thanks so much Chris!

Chris was easy to contact and responded promptly. Chris made arrangements to assess the damage personally and provide us with an estimate of repair cost.  Scheduling of the work was quick and convenient. Chris arrived promptly on the time and day we scheduled. Flooring and surrounding surfaces were covered, and the drywall repairs were made. Following the repair work, the work area was cleaned completely. The repaired area looked great!

Interior Systems performed this work at the end of April. We were unable to submit the review promptly because of ongoing work in our house. Four months later, the house has been fully restored from this incident and you cannot tell that there was ever any damage to the walls. Chris is courteous, professional, and does the highest quality work at a fair price. I will definitely use Chris and Interior Systems for any future drywall needs.

Christopher responded quickly to my initial request for an estimate as well as scheduling of the work. He was extremely professional, did an excellent job, and finished it quickly. I would definitely recommend this provider. ??

Contacted Interior Systems via Angie's List email and received a fast response.  They were willing to come out early the next morning, but I rescheduled to the next business day.   They were not only on time for the appointment, but early!   Chris was super nice, very clear in his communications and he and his partner executed the job in just over an hour.  The work they did looks great, and they were very careful about making sure my house remained clean.   I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Chris showed up for the job when he said he would, which was short notice btw. He went to the property the day I called and went right to work. The ceiling was drooping fairly bad in the family room of our rental property and when I explained the situation to Chris he went to the property and secured the ceiling with braces, pushed it back into place and secured it with plaster washers and screws, snapped a chalk line where the radiant heat wires ran so as not to accidently screw through them putting the radiant heat out of commission. The entire ceiling was replastered and the work site was cleaned up. By the time he was done the ceiling looked brand new and the radiant heat works like a champ. our renters are happy and we are happy. in highly recommend Interior Systems for your drywall and plaster needs.
