The process was heart wrenching. The workmanship was good. Lack of forethought. They didn't advise us of all of the things we would encounter which lead to addt'l cost (such as: I was required to hire the plumbers myself, etc.). They originally estimated it would take approx. 6 weeks but 6 months later I am still having things done.
