Innovative spas was sent to me through my home warranty company. I was pleased to hear they chose them because we are also in the market for a hot tub. After checking my pool, I was told that my T-Cell was bad, and not covered by my warranty. He has one on his truck and the list price was 1200.00. I mentioned you can buy them all day for way less. (FYI a brand named Hayward 15 T-Cell can be purchased for about 750.00. ) So after speaking to his “boss” he stated that he was told they would sell me the t-cell for 789.00. I felt it was fair and he was already here. But he then went on to tell me that she wanted me to pay a 125.00 service call fee. I said oh yes through my warranty it is 65.00. He said yea but we need you to pay a service call for the t-cell. I , very puzzled, thinking I was misunderstanding, said, well your already here and it is in your truck. He said I know but she is the boss. I let them know that trying to squeeze that extra 125.00 out of me told me about what kind of company they would be to work with, and I no longer care to purchase a hot tub from them. He said okay and left! I called the hot tub salesperson and told him what happened and why I would no longer be purchasing a hot tub from them. He rudely said “OK! Well fine, she made her decision Good luck to you” Side note: that they are telling people they should buy a soft tub instead of a real hot tub, because the soft tub fits 6 adults (not true) that it’s delivered price is 5700.00. (1000.00 more than anyone else) He also stated, “Yes it only has 8 jets but you don’t need jets for the benefit of a hot tub, just hot water”. Due to my experience, please beware! This company operates without an ounce of integrity. Apparently they think that since pools and hot tub sales have soared since the pandemic, they can be rude and customers just have to tolerate it. I suggest you bring your money elsewhere.

Technician came to house and said the light needed replaced. Left a brief note and a $99 invoice. No follow-up until I called. They were waiting on me to make a choice on what light I wanted, unbeknownst to me, on a colored or white light. Without the details, their prices were roughly $200 more than the same equipment (verified with serial number) than Amazon. I brought this up on the phone and the lady Madeline (who was very nice) said her boss allowed her to lower the price if a customer found a product somewhere else cheaper. She verified I found it much cheaper on Amazon and said she'd talk to her boss and call me right back. That call never happened. So I'm moving on, very disappointedly.

Called and set up an appointment.  They came out found the leak.  Ordered the part waited a week for it to come from Cali of course it was during the Noreaster :)  They installed the part and the hot tub is back in action after 2 other contractor could not fix it.
Great place to do business with also went to them after we needed the water tested and they go us fixed right up.

Great service and follow up! They had to find a replacement light as the original manufacturer was out of business.  It took about two weeks to find one and install it, which was fine.

The provider came out on the 15th of May and looked at the pool. He said it was pretty dirty, and will take a while to get cleaned. He recommended a new sand filter and pump. Paid $99 for a consultation, then he installed the equipment which cost me $724. I assumed he was coming to clean the pool the next week, I had purchased a new pool cleaner, and the following week he came back again and charged me $75. My pool is still not cleaned. I wanted it clean for Memorial day. The next week another gentleman came to my home and he said he is not going to charge me for the service. He was at my home for three days. I got a hold of the business owner the next Friday. My pool cleaner was missing and my pool was still not cleaned. I did not get charged for three visits because the service provider said that it was not done correctly at all.

There were problems with the liner shortly after installation, which we notified our landlord about.  They showed up on July 4th to look at something else.  Luckily we were home, because we didn't know they were coming out.  The liner didn't get fixed until August, although they did call a day or two in advance because they were working on something else with the pool.  Our disappointment comes mainly from not being called beforehand that they would be out to look at the pool.

I was impressed with the service I received from the first contact.  It was the first time I called Innovative Spas to service my pool.  They were very good at explaining what they would do, when they would be there and the cost.  The young man that did the work was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, very professional.  After the first visit, it took very little time for the pool, which had been covered all winter to return to clear.  I had him use my chemicals on the second visit after the initial super-shock and cleaning.  I will definitely call them back to close it down for the season.  Have used several other companies  in the past with a variety of unsatisfactory experiences.  What a nice surprise!

This was the first time I ever used them. It was very easy to schedule. They were on time when they came out. I went through all the pool equipment so he knew where everything was. I pretty much left him alone. I went out several times to see how he was doing but I pretty much left him alone. I had my chemicals here and he used my chemicals when he could. The price was a little different than what they had quoted me but that is okay because the total walk away bill was less than the other company I usually use. They opened it up, set it up, cleaned up all the junk around the perimeter and in the bottom, vacuumed it all out, filled it and put the chemicals in and balanced it. The young man was very well versed in what he was doing and in the equipment he needed. I will have them come back and close it and open again.
