Terrible company! I’m a construction inspector so I know that my system is not working, I just needed my home warranty company to verify for repairs. These people DO NOT know how to diagnose a system. I had to tell them what was wrong. My thermostat is not working and they told me that they would not fix it OR put in the claim to my warranty company because “they usually dont cover it”. I know that they DO because I paid for upgraded coverage. I called my own warranty company and they verified that it would be covered, they just needed to submit the claim. I called today to verify that they submitted the claim and they told me that they closed it based off their own assumptions. THIS IS NOT HOW WARRANTY CLAIMS WORK! They took my money and closed my claim. I am reporting them for fraud today.

While the work was fine (problem fixed), this company's service is among the worst I've ever experienced. This is the second time they had to come by to fix the AC.
They have horrible communication - I had to call them several times for the appointment, to find out arrival time and again to make sure they were ordering the part. They did not care at all about trying to fix the problem or get here in a timely matter. When I told them that their service was unacceptable, that I would share my awful experience and they should act quicker to fix the same unit they supposedly fixed three months ago, I was told "nothing we can do, and you can do what you want." Seriously?!
