Water Softener Service
Spoke with owner, and i gave details of my problem, along with detailed age and what i saw wrong. Told would be $100 minimum but that would go towards repair work. When the promised technician arrived, it was only a salesman, who tested my tap water then 'face-timed' Michael Kreiser using his phone to show my Rainsoft system. This salesman knew nothing about repair. Michael then declared my system not repairable, and proceeded to say i needed a whole new system, and that his stated price only good that moment. If had to come back, would be additional $500. Hard sales tactics. Then charged $100 for the salesman visit. This firm actually out of Harrisburg , Pennsylvania, where Michael is based, so never had any intention of coming out to look or fix my system.
