I've been using them for probably 4 years now. It's very easy to schedule. The staff are friendly and professional. The prices are reasonable. They don't do work that isn't needed.

When I arrived I asked if they could do the inspection while I waited with just over an hour left in the day.  I was informed it wouldn't be a problem and they would get to work on it right away.  I sat in the waiting area and shortly there after was called to discuss the inspection.  The tech recommend some work, but said everything passed for inspection.  
I had to ask them what the cost of the work recommend would be since it wasn't on the list.  This was a shock since most shops give you a laundry list of items that need to be done to pass inspection and typically at a high cost.  Especially when you have a late '90's model vehicle.

I like my experience with them, because they give you detailed information about what they are going to do, and how much it would cost. They also give you information and explain, on what to keep an eye on in the future during use and maintenance.

I have had a great experience with them for 20 years. They have always been very honest and one of the few auto places that do not try to cheat me because I am a woman. There have been times where they tell me I do not need the extra work. We can always count on them. Most of the time it is same day service unless they can not get the part in that day. They keep track of our cars in their computer. Even though I have moved, I drive across town to go to them.

I do not end up paying extravagant prices for all the things they find wrong with my car. In the 3 times i have used them they have performed the service I needed without finding hundreds of dollars worth of problems that needed to be taken care of.
They are also very effecient. I have been amazed on how quick their service has been. It has been great for me since I only have one car.

The air conditioning began acting up, so I dropped the car off at Holland Road Auto Service first thing in the morning - around 7:45. I suspected that the compressor was going bad and mentioned that to the gentleman at the service desk. He agreed that the compressor may be and quot;locking upand quot;. He called me about 10:30 that same morning to let me know the car was ready - it just needed some freon, but they checked out the entire system, to make sure everything was solid and there were no leaks.

This is not the first time we used these wonderful people, just the most recent. We've had all kinds of work done: state inspections, brakes, timing belt, and a water pump. They've never steered us wrong and the repairs are done right. As far as their prices - try getting the same work done at a dealer.

I found them by searching on the Better Business Bureau website where they are a BBB Accredited Business with an A+ rating. How many auto repair shops have an A+ BBB rating? Not many.

We use them all the time. They have been there for years. They are always ready to help. They did the auto inspection fairly well. Their prices are not cheap but fair. They are close by and they can always fit us in. There is no problem in scheduling. They usually get the work done in a reasonable amount of time. They are professional and their customer service is excellent. I would recommend them. As far as I know their quality is good and the car runs after we get it back. They usually get everything fixed sooner than we expect. They sound like they know what they are doing. I will continue to use them in the future.

The work was completed and air conditioning and defroster seemed to work okay, but there was a leak because a hose was not reconnected properly, which resulted in antifreeze leaking into the floor boards and carpet in the car. Anti-freeze ruined mats and car still emits odor occasionally. When we brought the car back to be corrected, we were treated like a nuisance and as though it was our fault. Now that we have more auto work to be done we do not feel that bringing any more work in would be prudent, since the first incident was not very pleasant.
