They were with us for about 2 years and performed well, although towards the end of their employment their performance became less detailed.
They simply didn't show up on a scheduled date, failed to return messages left on their phone.  They had never indicated there was a problem.  They just stopped coming without notice or explanation.  We still don't know why they quit.

Did a fabulous, thorough job!!!  Highly recommend them!

It was very easy to schedule an appointment. Two crew members came to complete the work and they completed the job in four hours. They provided all of their supplies. However, I provided the vacuum because it was recommended as some people are hypo allergic. I was here while they did the cleaning and they stayed busy during the entire time and got a lot of work done. I was very satisfied with the work that they did and everything turned out just fine. I would certainly recommend them and do business with them again.

We have enlisted their help for a steady schedule of one time per month.

When I had a shoulder injury I checked Angie's List for a cleaning service, chose the four that were top rated, received in-home estimates and hired Heather and Charity.  They've been cleaning our 2800 sq foot, 4 bedroom, four bath home for 14 months.  Although my shoulder has long since healed I've decided the value for money is well worth continuing to have them clean our house.  In a couple of hours they do what would take the two of us half a day.  The ladies are professional, thorough, trust-worthy, and very nice.  When I’ve needed to shift the time they always accommodate and if they are running late on a prior job they contact me.  Very considerate!  We have a large dog and they are very comfortable with her, as she has become with them.  The house always looks and smells so clean when they are done.  I've had cleaners in various locations over the years and I rate them the best and the best value.

I originally put Heather and Charity on Angie's list.  They worked well together and did very good cleaning.  Since then, things started to change.  I want to preface this with the fact that Charity was always consistent and thorough in her work.  She actually did more work then Heather and unfortunately doesn't get paid by Heather.  Heather would often not show up for work and never would call to alert me.  She started racing through her work, talked often on her cell phone and broke things by moving too fast. My husband and I kept them because we really liked Charity, but since knowing she wasn't paid for her services, we found another housecleaner after Heather did not show up last week when I especially needed her following my major surgery.

I found H&C on Angie's List and was very interested in hiring someone to clean my house who would not only do a wonderful job, but would also be the same person every visit. H&C came for the initial cleaning over a year ago and did an exemplary job from top to bottom. They are very thorough and efficient. The first cleaning was a deep cleaning and required a third helper, costing approximately $250. From that point on they have returned every two weeks for a thorough cleaning. I always feel like my house is sparkling when they leave and they have been wonderfully flexible with their schedule, as my now 2 year old's nap & activity schedules changed. They work very hard and are open to any suggestions or requests. I am thrilled with the work they do and will continue to work with them for a long time to come.

H&C have been cleaning our house every two weeks for the last six months.  Really superior job.  Thorough, easy to work with, great attention to details, flexible when we have a special event scheduled or relatives coming, and fast.More importantly H&C have removed what was becoming a growing source of irritation in our marriage at a reasonable cost.  

I first hired them when my wife had been out visiting her sister as a surprise homecoming welcome.  But the difference in the house after H&C finished was so remarkable that we kept them on.

During the initial service, Heather and Charity cleaned my house from top to bottom, literally, and charged me $250.  They did a very thorough job in all areas, and gave particular attention to some of the hardwood floors that had been neglected.

I am very pleased with the work that they do each and every week.  Their weekly fee for my house is $90, which is very reasonable.   My house is about 3000 sq. ft. with two bedrooms, two offices, four bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a den, a laundry room and, of course, the kitchen.  They clean all but the two offices where my husband and I are usually working.  I like the fact that they come in, get the job done, and get out within a couple of hours so our day is not disturbed very much at all.  Heather and Charity are very quiet and hardworking and both of them work nonstop the whole time that they are here.They are very friendly and pleasant to be around, and I would highly recommend them.

They come every other week. They clean only a portion of the house. I am very happy with their work.

It was great!  They did a spectacular job and performed a thorough cleaning.  The girls are very professional and responsive and go the extra mile to make sure that I am satisfied.

Heather and Charity are very nice and did a great job. All services were peformed as agreed and with a high degree of thoroughness. We look forward to having them come in on a regular schedule.

The girls showed up one time, asked what needed to be done and did their jobs to perfection!  I won't call anyone else for cleaning. They are going to be my new go to girls for cleaning!  You can tell they work well as a team, I didn't have to worry about a thing!  I actually took a nap while they cleaned and packed.  We have 2 dogs and there wasn't a dog hair in sight when they were done. I couldn't be happier with their service and they are my first call!!!

After reading the great reviews on the List, I called and Heather returned my call within five minutes. We discussed the work that I needed to have completed  within a rather short timeframe, and Heather scheduled me right in within three days.  Upon arriving they set right to work and finished up within just 3.5 hours.They were very timely, efficient, and professional with their work. Upon returning home, Heather walked me through my home pointing out the work they had done while I had been out running a few errands, and I was very pleased with the work. She also explained which cleaners she used on different areas and surfaces since we have a toddler.  I will CERTAINLY hire them again and will highly recommend them to others.

Showed up promptly.  Bundled me and the dogs off to the spare bedroom.  Brought all cleaning supplies.   The dogs and I had been baching-it for 3 weeks.  The house was a cleaning wreck.  Heather & Charity set it right,  took them nearly six hours, but they got it cleaned from ceiling fans to baseboards.  Needed no follow-up from me.  

Price quite reasonable for the amount of (shovel) work needed.  

Attention to detail was impressive, as was their care in handling knick-knacks. 

Highly recommended.

Heather and her assistants did an exceptional job.  The kitchen, bathrooms were spotless - including cleaning the grout in our master bathroom that really needed a good cleaning.  The floors were thoroughly cleaned, baseboards were dusted or washed and even the clear HVAC vent hoods were washed.  The bookshelves and all wooden furniture were carefully dusted with all small decorative items replaced once dusted.  The wall-to-wall carpeting and all area rugs and mats were vacuumed.

I was so happy with their work that I now have them come back on a regular basis.  We have a dog and Heather and her assistant are comfortable with her and she with them.  I would trust them whether I was there when the cleaning was done or not.  I would recommend them to anyone!  Great value for the money and extremely nice ladies.

Everything went great. They did an outstanding job. They exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this company. They even cleaned all the hard to reach places.

Excellent service, punctual, timely, and very detail oriented.  We have a LOT of nick knacks in the house and they, moved, dusted and cleaned around them all.  Floors look great, the carpets are very well vacuumed, furniture polished, VERY, VERY Happy with the results.
