Flooring
They took all the old flooring out and had the new tile installed in 3 days flat. They did a really good job. They were nice people and hardworking. They were neat and cleaned up nicely and they left everything looking like it was new. I was very satisfied with their work.

Carpet Cleaning
Hampton Roads Carpet Care didn't get my carpets as clean as I would have liked them to. I had no problems with the service itself, other than the results. They did not get all the stains out. I felt I spent way too much money not to get the carpets totally clean. I personally wouldn't use them again, because I felt like I could do better myself.
