This is my second car with them and my husband's ninth car. We go way back. We are very ingrained in them. I would grade them an A, I would not keep going back to them if they weren't.

They did it as usual. They are great. I have a regular mechanic there and he takes care of all of my issues. About every three months, we do an oil change. The cost is around $16 to $20. They are great. I have never had a problem.

We spent a little over $1000. They always give us good service and the guy who took care of us he was good. I understood what he was saying when he spoke to me. We've had an oil change and tyre rotation from them in the past.

I went out one morning and the side mirror was cracked, so I called them on that Tuesday morning, and they had to order the part. It came in that Thursday, and I went in on Friday to have it fixed. The service was fast, and it wasn't what I expected to pay for it. They had an appointment set for me that day, and I got there early, but they took my car right in and I was out of there in an hour and half, and they did a great job. The price was less than what I paid. It is an electronic piece, so I was expecting to pay much more. I had been there before for an oil change, and they did such a quick, and good job, that I went back. I got my estimate and what my timeline was, by the end of the business day. They were very punctual, and very professional. I had no problems whatsoever.

Part had to be ordered, which took some time. They dialed to call when part came in -- excused by fact we were in middle of snow storm. Once I contacted them, we set a schedule and work was done quickly and efficiently.

Turned in my car for body work due to an accident. In processing was very quick. I got near daily updates on my vehicle's repair progress from my assigned contact and quot;LJand quot;. Work required a new front bumper, so I was concerned that the paint would not match perfectly. I have to say I'm very impressed because they did a superb job matching the paint and other repairs required. My experience with other body shops is they have a standard of and quot;good enoughand quot;. Not this place. Highly recommend them.

Hall customer service manager(blue team) didn't help me in the slightest. Multiple messages were left and were never returned, the manager of the lot never returned my calls. I would never ever go there again

After negotiating a car for no money down I was told I have to put $1000 down but would get it back after the loan co. pd the dealership. I should have gotten my money back on 10/22/2010 and here it is November 4th-5th and all the dealership is doing is giving me more and more excuses as to why I can't have my money back and I really need it. Our washing machine needs to be fixed.

Dropped was told it was a 2 day repair it took 3 days-was told that i would get a call to update me-I had to call them to find out when the car would be ready. I did not feel the paint was a good match. The car is cream in color and is garage kept.

We are happy with our tires and the rotation, the overall price was a little high. They do an excellent job with all their work performance. Everyone is always polite and friendly and helpful, we are quite satisfied with this company.

Everything went fine with the inspection and the balancing of the wheels. I experienced no problems what so ever with anything. The men who worked on the vehicle were very nice and worked very quickly. I had my vehicle back within two hours. I thought that was excellent timing. I have used them in the past and never once experienced any troubles.
