Prior to this visit I had them in because the heat pump had iced up because the motor had stopped running. They found that the circuit board was damaged and had to be replaced. They got the part and installed it the next day. The technician who did this was also courteous and patiently explained what he was doing.
The staff who answer the phones and call to report when a technician is on the way are cheerful and quick to solve any problems, are flexible when there are unforeseen changes.
This company does good work, and I will continue to use them for future check-ups.

I reviewed the service technicians very detailed service invoices and he did a great job covering the operational components of your system. I respectfully disagree with the 'minimal' characterization in your review and also would like to point out that he made many recommendations for you to consider, which you did not take advantage of, in order to help keep your system running through the winter. I feel he did his job 100% properly and gave you the same level of service as would be provided to any other customer paying full price.
