From start to finish, it went excellent. They provided a calendar about the entire remodeling and everything was on time and on schedule.

Greenwich worked diligently with us and the flooring personnel to develop and execute a schedule that accommodated out-of-town commitments that could not be change. Their workmanship continued to be a  splendid as when the original work was done in 2007. Additionally, we noticed after they had finished the reinstallation that what we thought was a damaged toe kick was actually damage to the base of a cabinet side-plate which was determined when the installer returned for repairs. Through creativity, he covered the damage and reinstalled the quarter round. No one would be able to see the repair unless they disassembled the cabinetry. Additionally, the installer fabricated a filler to be used between the granite and the range to provide a finished surface unnoticeable to the eye. I cannot say enough how pleased we have been with our dealings with Greenwich Kitchen from the front desk to the installers to the owner. Our kudos to them!!!

Project was large and originally expected to take 6 weeks.  Delays caused the total time to drag to more than 3 months before final punch list was completed.  Homeowner had to be on top of quality control for the entire job.  Drywalling and painting was sloppy.  Cabinets had minor defects which were addressed after adding to the punch list.  I would have liked a project manager to make sure everything was done right, instead of this falling to the homeowner to point out when something needed correcting.

It was a while ago. Had to arrange to get my own floor tiled. They were going to paint the bare walls. Never finished that part of the job. The installation of the cabinetry went well. That's the only part of the job that went as advertised. There was a supervisor present while work was being performed but she was ineffective. The designer in the show room was very good and very patient. The problem was in execution of the plan. Also the restoration was very expensive and not worth the price paid.

The project went very well. Renee was our designer and she listen to us and made wonderful suggestions. She was very good at helping us make our selections for cabinets, countertops, and tile back splash.
We were given a schedule so that we would know who would be at our house on each day.
GKC was very quick to respond to any questions we had.
We love our new kitchen.

Overall, working with Greenwich was really easy. They had a lot of options in a wide price range. As price was a large factor we decided on a builders grade cabinet from Merrillat and they look great and have a quality feel (real wood doors and face frames, for another $1000 we could have upgraded to all wood boxes, more color options and a 25 year warranty but we are only staying in this house for 5 years so it just wasn't worth it to us)! Our design consultant was very patient with us as we worked through the decision making process.
The installation is where Greenwich really shined. When we did a quote comparison at Loews the kitchen consultant there asked where we got our initial quote. When we told him Greenwich he said his brother owns Greenwich and that the Merrillat product they offer is very good quality. He also mentioned that Loews would most likely not be able to beat the labor price that Greenwich would offer us. Lastly he told us, in a fit of honesty, that Greenwich would certainly have more skilled installers. He was right on all fronts. Our installer Don and his son Josh were awesome. They had all of our cabinetry installed in about 5 hours. The icing on the cake; when Trindco came to take a template for our counter tops they wanted to know who did our cabinets because they had never seen cabinets installed so well. He said that almost every line was perfectly straight, just one that was off by less then 1/16 of an inch! He literally said and quot;It's crazy.and quot;

Picking out the new kitchen we wanted, started off very well.
The sales girl, Heather, was very friendly.
The issues started when the cabinet fronts, continually came in damaged.
Response from Greenwich Kitchen Center
"This customer's comments are puzzling because in email date Apirl 16, 2012 long after we completed our he said " I even recommended your company to a friend to solicit design ideas and price their kitchen." Why would we be recommended to a friend if they were not happy with our work. This kitchen was the second job with cabinets in a new finish and there were more problems with the finish than normal. We and the manufacturer didn't bat an eye to correct every defect. On several occasions, replacement parts came in damaged which was frustrating to us and our customer. Perhaps they felt some of our frustration was directed to them ... it was not. We wanted to complete the project and for them to be happy with the finished product just as badly as they did. Because of the delays and inconvenience of several trips, we provided, without being asked, over $2,000 in accessories and decorative pieces at no charge. Problems with this finish have been corrected by the manufacturer. Could we have done a better job of coordinating trips with the customer, I am sure we could have. In no way shape or form does this customer's review accurately reflect our performance on their project. Again, they recommended us to a friend. ... Rip Montague, General Manager, Greenwich Kitchen Center."

They could have improved in the area of design. They were no help on the design. Their professional demeanor was great. The manager was personable and easy to work with. I am not sure whether I will use them again in the future.

The design was great. The designer was excellent to work with, and the cabinet installer was fine. They were pleasant to deal with. The installation was a little problematic, but they resolved everything to our satisfaction. We had some issues with the cabinets and there was also some misunderstanding as to how it would look like. They don't manufacture the cabinets. When we said that we didn't like the product they got it replaced at no additional cost to us. We are very happy with the final product. It was nice of them to resolve our issues for us. We did not shop around a lot, so we are not too sure whether we got the best price. We would recommend them.

I had some issues with a couple of people that are no longer working with the company. I would definitely hire them again. They hired my electrician and plumber. It is a good company. The founder died and his wife is managing it now. It was pretty expensive but the quality is there and we liked what they did. They were a little pricey but you get what you pay for. We've had a long relationship with them and I was tolerant when they could not come. I did not care for a lady supervisor and an electrician they used but again they are no longer with them.

I spent about $12,000 and it was expensive, but they did a really nice job. I don’t know if I would use them again because the price was so high.

In choosing our cabinets and countertops the designer at Greenwich was extremely pleasant and helpful. She spent as much time as we needed going over all our options. We felt very comfortable with the company right away. The designer and foreman came to our home and measured everything out before giving us a final price. After our choice of materials had come in, the designer and work foreman met with us at our home and laid out the work schedule with us and for us. I especially liked that they gave us tips for living without a kitchen for the work period. They kept to that schedule and the major part of the work was done when they said it would be done. Basically one day for demolition (and they took away all old material with them), one day for plumbing work and wall repair and priming, and one day for cabinet installation. And finally one day for installing kitchen and bathroom countertops, final plumbing, and HVAC reinstallation of the microwave. The work crew members all were very professional. They arrived on time and always cleaned up at the end of the day. Since we weren't having the floors replaced they took special care not to mark or scratch the existing floor. And they laid cardboard down to their pathway outside so that the carpets would be protected. They were very pleasant to have around and went out of their way to accommodate us. Their plumber went the extra mile to fix an existing water line to the outside that was plugged. We are extremely pleased with the choice we made in going with this company and we would recommend them highly to anyone looking for remodeling work.

It went very good. They were always courteous and kind. They cleaned up after themselves. Is was about a 3 week job. I would give them an A. If I was dissatisfied along the way, they would change it to what I wanted.

We met with their designers and went back and forth for a couple of months ironing out all of the details of the job. They were all very professional. They were a little pricier than some of the other companies but, I think we got what we paid for because they did a very professional job. The $30,000 job they did looks like a $60,000 job. In retrospect, there's probably a few things I would have done differently or questions I would have asked them but I would definitely hire them again.

Our kitchen is gorgeous! They did a great job; they showed up on time and stayed with the job until it was complete. I really liked the fact that they had a large selection of materials to choose from. I would recommend them.

We really liked this company. After much delay with problems with the cabinets, they installed the granite countertop with no problems at all. It looks beautiful. The countertop looks great with everything in the kitchen.

They guys that came to my home were very nice and overall we were very pleased with them. We wanted something better than the average cabinets and they gave us what we wanted. They were very well built. I felt that they tried to do their best to keep you happy. They were great workers. The only problem was that I had was the office staff they sent the wrong order several times. I really do not recall the price that they charged.
