Great Atlantic Hot Tub, Pools & Saunas

The sales experience was great, but there was damage to one outside panel that has still not been addressed. The hot tub was delivered and craned over the house. When they unwrapped it, there was one panel that had a severe crack and damage. This was discovered by the installation crew and reported right away. Since then, I have made many calls to the Service department and get all the answers that it will be replaced at no cost to me. It has now been over 6 months the company has not made a single attempt to reach out to me. Also, the installation crew didn't try to figure out a solution to install the cover. They provided a lot of excuses about why they couldn't install due to the spacing. I ended up installing the cover myself. My biggest issue is with the service and support side ghosting me with these repairs that they have claimed to have responsibility for and with the poor installation experience. The subcontractors for electrical and the crane were excellent, but not the delivery and installation from the company. I would not recommend this company at all due to installation team, poor service and negligible support after purchase.

Very professional experience from the time we walked into showroom until delivery/set up.  Sandi was our salesperson and was very helpful providing us with the information we needed to make sure we got all the features we wanted without trying to 'up sale' to a something more than we really wanted.   The service coordinator, Ashley Earley, had me provide photos of the path between the road and the set up location so there would be no surprises when it was delivered.  The delivery team called when they were leaving the previous job so I knew when they would be arriving.  They arrived on time and were very careful and neat.  All questions were answered and a follow-up phone call by Sandi to us a few days later confirmed that their commitment to support isn't just part of the sales pitch!  I've called the store twice in the month we've had the spa, with questions that were promptly answered.  This company is great and I highly recommend them to anyone considering purchasing a spa.

Purchased the Spa from Steve in October. He was extremely knowledgeable, took my needs and desires and suited me with what I believe is the best product for my needs, and the best value. Ordered the Spa and was told it would take 3-4 weeks for delivery. Got a call at the end of October saying it was in and set up delivery. A few days later, they called back and told me that it wasn't actually my Spa that had arrived, it was for a different customer. No worries, because it wasn't supposed to be in until November anyway. Finally got it in last week and was set up for delivery today, Ashley had told me it would be the first delivery. Derek called me about an hour before to let me know they were heading this way. Derek and his associate arrived, asked how I wanted the tub oriented and were done in about an hour. Derek then explained the chemical process and asked if I had any questions. Overall great service and customer care. Looking forward to working with them in the future!

While the spa works well, after the sale you never hear from Great Atlantic again. The spa was delivered with a chip in the outer shell which was pointed out to the installer. Installer said he'd contact the office. The office never called. I called three times to get the shell repaired, and they never called back. I gave up. Now the shell is starting to become discolored - after only 1 year! Great at making the sale and taking your money... Horrible at anything else.

Nice hot tub but their service is terrible. It takes them forever to fix anything. The cabinet cracked within the first year. I contacted them several times and 1 year later, still not fixed.

They were very reasonably priced and delivered when they said they would.

They were responsive from the first phone call to the end of the service. On time,knowledgable and professional move. The lid lift I ordered did not match the lid. They returned with the correct lift with no additional service charge.

Other than look and give me a verbal estimate without an actual total they have done nothing else.

I called them and told them I thought I had a leak, so they sent someone out and he checked and told me it was not a leak and explained what it was. He could have easily told me that I had a bad leak and that it was going to be an expensive work and I would have believed him because I didn't know anything about it. He said he felt bad that he had to charge me the $80 to come out and I was fine with that because I learned something, so I don't repeat the mistake I did, that caused some water to dribble. He asked me if there was anything else I wanted done, I did not so he checked the tub over for me, he said everything looked good and that is all he charged me. I thought that was great because he could have got me real good, so I was certainly pleased with the experience. I have never been dissatisfied with them, I am pretty sure I bought the hot tub from them years ago and whenever I have called them and needed the service, they have always been responsive in coming out here and servicing it. This time, it was admirable that he said there was nothing wrong with my tub. He was here on time.

Technician was very professional and knew about my type of pool. He came back On the weekend!

Amazing customer service

The sale and installation was perfect. We experienced a big learning curve on how to maintain the spa. But, we are fine now and enjoy using it regularly. Chemical prices are a bit high.

They were prompt, willing to learn, in and out in a half a day and their technician Barry was willing to do the unfamiliar work.

I used them to maintain the warranty on my spa. They have better than average service. Their prices are a little above average. You pay for better service.

Three separate service visits. All problems not identified on first service. The spa is 11 years old; so some were due to age. All problems corrected and we were not charged for 3rd service call because they took responsibility for some of the problems that were not identified upon initial inspection.
We were pleased with the service men and the work performed. Will use them again.

They are the only people who carry hot tub items. They are a good company. I would recommend them.

Since we didn't purchase a service I don't really have a story that would be helpful.

rescheduled once, got lost finding us. finally he showed up he fixed our Hot tub in fine form very happy with results

They are very knowledgeable. They offer great advise. They are the only one in the area who could help us with the algae problem. They are very friendly. They have a lot of integrity.

There was a very large selection to chose from, so the sales people helped tremendously. It took us more than one trip to finally decide. The crew that put it in, tried not to dig to deep into our yard, and took the discarded turf with them. The pool was operational in a couple of days and has been easy to maintain compared to larger pools. We are very happy with it.

Great Atlantic Pool Spa Patio did a decent job on installing my hot tub. They had a good selection of models to choose from and they had low and upper scale spas. They installed it quickly and came to do it when I requested. They don't come and check the water. However, if you take a sample into them, they will analyze it and inform you of what you need.
