"I can't thank you enough [Member name removed] for your work. It not only takes care of my customers needs, but it also puts food on the table for my family. I am glad I was able to jump right on your job. By the way, you are doing a good job with your own hand at scrapping acoustic and re skimming walls after removing wallpaper. I have heard of handymen. You are def a handywoman. Lol Thanks again, Dean"
"I would like to thank you for allowing my company to take care of your needs to sell your home. Yes, it took a little doing to work it in in such a short notice. Fortunately, we were able to work it out. I have always believed it is very important to explain to my customers what they have because many do not understand their situation. Thank you once again. Give your son a big hug for me. :-)... He is so much like my grandson."
"[Member Name Removed], thank you for having confidence in us to perform the work you needed. It was a pleasure working with you and your dad. It makes my job that much more pleasurable when working for great clients. Enjoy your newly renovated home. Thanks again, Dean"

"I truly appreciate the work. As I stated via text. All of my jobs are the same across the board. Dean"
"I appreciate you taking notice of the respect we at Grant Drywall & Plastering have for our customers homes. We have had many customers comment on the fact. They have never had a plasterer prep the way we do. Many people know drywall and plastering to be a messy job. So, they expect it to be that way. As you and all of our customers will come to understand. Our commitment is not to just complete our duties as a drywall/ plaster contractor. But, to leave your home as we found it or better. Thank you for your business. Dean Bullard, Grant Drywall & Plastering, Inc."
"I am glad I was able to accommodate you on such a short notice. The pics you took allowed me to price the job without having to make an initial trip. The extra money you and your husband gave me wasn't necessary. But was a blessing! Thank you once again. I look forward to serving you in the future. Dean"
He showed up for an initial free estimate and offered to do the job at that very moment. We accepted and he began work immediately. The job ended up taking longer than probably expected, but he kept a very professional work ethic. He had everything he needed for the job right on his truck. He went above and beyond our expectations. The wall looked like it never even had an issue.
"I appreciate all of my jobs. No matter how they unfold. Your job definetly turned out to be worse case scenario. I was hoping for the best and priced it that way. Unfortunately for me. The wall continued to fall apart behind the boiler unit. These kind of jobs are what separates those who want service their clients from those who merely want to make money. My purpose is to please my clients. And, in doing so. Hopefully I will get referrals. As I tell all my clients. All work referred to my company. Will get the same standard and level of work quality and reliability. Thank you for allowing me to help you. Dean"
"[member name removed], I not only appreciate the repeat business. But, also having enough confidence in recommending myself to work in your parents home. I look forward to tackling the task of turning your two closets into a half bath when you get ready. Keep in touch, Dean Bullard, Grant Drywall & Plastering, Inc."
Contractor came to my home and looked at the damaged ceiling area and stated repair work would take about approximately 3 hours. He was accurate given an additional 30 minutes for his cleaning up the area. Contractor wrote price of repair on back of his business card. Contractor protected surrounding work area with plastic and cleaned area when finished. Ceiling looked very good and their was no trace of where the ceiling area with popcorn texture had been damaged. Repair blended with well with rest of ceiling area.
I was very impressed with his work but concerned when he stated he could do the repair right then. I took a chance and he stated if I was not pleased I did not have to pay him. However, I was not comfortable that the contractor did not give me a written receipt or work invoice/statement with description of work performed. I really stepped out on faith because I am very hesitant in allowing a contractor to perform work for me without a written contract. I have had bad experiences with contractors not following through and not performing work as stated/promised. In addition I usually have at least three contractors give me an written estimate and explain to me what or how work will be performed. I called two other contractors' on Angie's list and this is the only contractor who returned my call. One of the other two I called returned my phone call but did not follow through. The other contractor did not call back.
"[member name removed], Thank you placing your trust in me. Though we played phone tag for a few days. We finally made contact and got you taken care of. Take care, Dean"
