GRACE LANDSCAPING

I have a very small yard and the first time she came out she charged me $45 and I said okay an she claimed it was because angies list added a fee so thats why it was higher but if I used her again then it would be much less and it was torward the end of the season. So when the new season started I immediately called her again at first she didn't have anyone available and I said okay but then I woke up Saturday morning to someone ringing my doorbell an they were trying to get into the back yard to cut the lawn I was confused because there was no heads up no agreement no verbal confirmation an no price point so I let him in they cut the yard so I asked Grace the owner how much and this time she was even hire then the first time she cut she said $50 I told her she was crazy to charge someone that kind of money for a yard thats not even 15min worth of cutting when my moms house has a large front an back yard and only pays $25 a week I told her I wasn't paying that and she said the lowest she can do is 40 I said thats still to high but ill pay it an I would be leaving this report to let people know the shady business she does and she said that was fine an asked did I send the money. Never again just be cautious of this one.
