The loan officer was average,but the Company itself was demanding and asked for a lot more information than what was it normally required for a simple refi( other mortgage brokers confirmed I should have turned in much less) and then was lied to and not given the loan amon I applied for( other companies said I could have gotten what I asked for). The excuses I received were not realistic and their underwriters are horrible also. I'd give this company a F.
