Appliance Repair
Yes, I recommend this pro
The service technician, John Knight, contacted me about 08:30AM to confirm he was on his way and would be at our home in about 30 minutes.  He arrived within that window of time, and went over and above what was required --- searching all throughout our freezer for a small part that might have fallen out of the ice maker unit (it was a minute-sized pin that holds a solenoid in place...he found it on top a bag of  frozen vegetables!)  He had all of the other replacement parts except for this pin.  Kind of like finding the proverbial "needle in a haystack."  Instead, it was a "pin the freezer."
He completed the work to our complete satisfaction and left about one hour later.  Great work John Knight and GE Appliance Repair!  We now have whole cube ice once more...and only enough for what we need.
