Eve is incredibly knowledgeable and has the patience of a saint. Whenever my tech projects get too overwhelming, whether it's a computer problem or backup on learning a new piece of software, she's my go to. The peace of mind I have knowing that I have someone to call, who will have the answer to whatever my tech problem is, is priceless! She speaks geek fluently, but translates seamlessly to English so I always know what's going on and how to handle things moving forward. Highly recommended!

I am someone who is very uncomfortable with troubleshooting computer issues. In fact, I have anxiety when problems arise. Eve was so easy to work with! She is kind and patient. She listened carefully to my concerns and received me without judgement. I felt wonderfully supported by her. Her knowledge and skill was excellent! I would recommend her to everyone!
