Eve is wonderful, I am not very tech savvy and she made it easy for me to understand. She was even able to remote in and walk me through what to do one time!

Eve is incredibly knowledgeable and has the patience of a saint. Whenever my tech projects get too overwhelming, whether it's a computer problem or backup on learning a new piece of software, she's my go to. The peace of mind I have knowing that I have someone to call, who will have the answer to whatever my tech problem is, is priceless! She speaks geek fluently, but translates seamlessly to English so I always know what's going on and how to handle things moving forward. Highly recommended!
