I called him numerous times to remind him that he had not completed the work. Each time I had to explain what work he had contracted to do and when he had agreed to complete it. He finally showed up to aerate after a couple phone calls. We scheduled the weed and feed work at least three times before it was finally completed. He was supposed to finish the last treatment on my lawn in early Nov 2014 but was not completed until 11 Dec 2014. Now, my grass is now growing in the dead of winter with no one to cut it. Not happy at all......
Pros: They did a good job stacking the wood (when they finally got to it). They did an ok job on edging and put down the right amount of mulch. They planted one flower for me. They attempted to repair my lawn mower (the wheel was loose) to mow my lawn
Cons:
they did not edge where they mulched. they did not pull weeds as I asked, they just put mulch down. They did not bag any of the debris just put it in the street loose (no bag) in front of the mailbox. Did not weed in the flower beds where the shrubs are next to the porch. When asked why, they cited that they had already worked 12 hours that day and proceeded to tell me how I could do it if I just put on some gloves and pulled the vines and how easy it would be for me to do it. They were asked to trim back the rose bush on the side of the house. I wondered why they asked to use my saw. They then cut the entire rose bush down completely. I asked that the weeds be pulled in the flower bed on the side of the house and then mulched, The mulched without weeding at all. They wasted time trying to puth the wheel back on my lawnmower. They broke my lawnmower and did not bring their own. There is still mulch to be spread. there are still weeds in ALL flower beds and shrubbery beds
