As a first time home buyer I was worried I wouldn't know what was going on or what to do with the results. John was AMAZING! Very thorough, gives you great binder of details to keep and refer to when done so you don't walk out with so much information and no where to start, and helps point out what is/isn't likely to get fixed by the seller. He is quite obviously a proud family man, and treats the client like it is one of his kids buying the house not some random person with a checkbook. Can't recommend him enough!

My realtor had chosen John and had used him before, I'm new to VA BEACH area and didn't have any experience with anyone so I took a leap of faith. My realtor has always helped me out at all hours of the night with questions, thoughts, fears etc. So I trusted his judgement. John showed up to the home 30 min early to do the inspection, I arrived 5 minutes early and he was already running all over doing what he does best: GETTING DIRTY for your money. He not only inspected every crevice in the home but took photos along the way so when the summary was sent to me at the end of the day I had nice HD color photos of the things we saw. He answered all my random thoughts and questions I could think of. I've never had a home inspection before but this is what I know: He was on time, reasonably priced, knowledgeable and innovative(photos/binder).

This is our third home and based on past experiences with home inspections this is the most extensive and detailed inspections I've seen. The last two inspections have been by national chains but John is independent and is able to give a personal touch that a home inspection needs. We were provided more than enough information about any potential issues with the house. Would definitely use him again and call him back again to ensure any repairs are done correctly.
