This team is amazing! We have painted rental properties ourselves for many years, but never again as long as Franklin is in business. We had issues with wall patches, unevenness, and surface dings. This team smoothed the walls, painted walls, trim, and ceilings and the results are fantastic!

Franklin and his crew did an excellent job and we were very happy with his work. His price was very reasonable, he was able to start the job within two days, and he was able to complete the job in just one day! He helped us pick out the perfect color, exactly what we were looking for! Next time I need painting done, he is the guy I will be calling!

I hired Franklin Painting Services to paint the interior of my house before I moved in. The house looks wonderful, I'm very happy with the results and I would absolutely hire them again. The cost was very reasonable. They completed the job in less than three days, it is a 2300 sq foot home. They painted walls, ceiling, and trim. Hand rolled the paint and did at least two coats. I had four different colors. On the coffered ceilings. I had a contrasting color for nine in-laid squares which they did a good job. Other painters tried to discourage me from using a different color for the squares, maybe because it was too much work for them. Carlos noted that some of the walls were dry and had do an additional coat on some and did not charge for the extra time he spent on it. They fixed nail heads, holes, and other areas where the drywall was less than perfect. The crew covered the floors, light fixtures, and countertop to protect them and cleaned up after they were done. They swept the floors, took their trash, and left the house as they found it. The cost was very reasonable, lower than all other bids. No hidden costs, I paid what they quoted. The bid included everything except the paint for which Carlos gave me the receipt and I paid for the paint separately. Carlos ordered and picked up the paint himself. Communication was good. Each day Carlos would provide an update and the time they would be there the next day. Job well done, I'm very pleased. The house looks incredible.

Great! Looks beautiful. Quoted me yesterday, and paint was finished today. They cleaned behind themselves on top of a great paint job.

I couldn't have asked for a better professional painter than Carlos. He came he saw he conquered.
