Gratuity is not required and therefore is not included in our estimate or our invoice. Any extra tip that a client feels he/she would like to give to the technician goes directly to the employee. When a client pays by credit card, we ask if he/she would like to include a tip. Many say yes, some say no. Others actually tip the technician in cash on site. At no time is this gesture considered an expectation. I regret if you misunderstood our intention."
