They did an exceptional job, were very responsive and the work far exceeded our expectations. They really are good. Jeff, Ryan and some crew members took care of the job expertly, efficiently and it looks absolutely great. They hauled away the old bushes, roots and other yard waste and put down mulch. I will definitely call them again.

It began innocuously enough. My condo association management company set me up with Ryan Weaver from this company to cut a small tree that was smacking up against my condo during wind storms. He told me he would be here today but gave me no time window. He said he would let me know when he was on the way. No word from him by 11:30 despite having my phone number. At noon I checked my e-mail and found he had contacted me in the morning to say he'd be out at 4ish. maybe 4:30. I offered him a reschedule for Wednesday cause it gets dark early but he re-confirmed he'd be here by 4:00. At 2:00 he re-confirmed 4:00 via e-mail. Well by 5:00 he was still not here... no phone call so I checked e-mail. Appears he had sent me another e-mail at 3:19 to cancel. I was ****** because I could have met up with my friends at 4:30 had he called. I don't check e-mails for cancellations when I have been confirmed twice and you have my number !! I told him this in an e-mail . I told him it was unprofessional not to call , not to apologize when I was upset to discover this via e-mail having waited around all day... well this is how he responded. " Sounds like u need someone else to come out and take care of the tree hittting ur window. Learn how to talk to people"... WOWWW if I'm lyin I'm dyin ! You'd think I was not the inconvenienced customer !

We have been working with Jeff for about a year now and we could not be happier.
He charges us a flat monthly fee for the yard and bed maintenance. This includes the mowing, edging, weeding, light trimming, and seasonal mulching. We then monthly/quarterly chat about the extras- planting flowers, re doing beds, trimming large trees, etc. His prices are very fair and his work is far far better than any other service we have used.
