The service was great and within my price range. They did not attempt to charge me for extra random crap. My only complaint was their punctuality. I had an 11 a.m. appointment. My car was not even taken into the back until after 12:10. I was upset that the appointment time was not respected by the shop.
Otherwise, they were great!

Great experience... purchased tires from them two years ago that included free rotations and balancing for the life of the tires. They were quick and friendly.

I had a run of bad luck with flat tires due to nails. They took care of them all. Then on yet another work trip the next day after having all tires replaces I got another nail. They replaced that one for free. Worst luck ever but nice to have such a positive experiences with a service place.

Called on Sunday and asked if open on Labor Day. The man on the telephone said yes from 7 to 5. Asked if an appointment for an inspection and oil change was needed. He said no first come first serve. I arrived at the store the next day at 6:30 and was first in line. When they opened the doors at 7:00 I told the woman at the desk that I needed an inspection and oil change. She told me all inspections were booked for the day. The main reason I called was to find out if they were open and ask about needing an appointment.

The staff was very nice and efficient as well as helpful.

My husband had gone to Firestone before and gotten tires replaced. He felt confident with the service that he got there. He went there for his inspection and then when he needed work done he had it done there.
