Carl is very professional and they have a professional team in general. They are mechanics that I can trust. They have a knowledgeable staff that can work on anything from classic vintage vehicles to any late model vehicle.

Outstanding in every respect from start to finish.. Replaced a low mileage non-repairable tire on which I had Firestone Road Hazard Coverage. They had the task done in less than an hour, despite the fact that this occurred on a very busy day for them. A great store staffed by skilled employees who obviously are proud of working at this location.

We had Firestone install four new tires on our car. They are a good quality tire made by Firestone with a warranty. They were really helpful and explained the difference in the tires. We got a good deal with the price for the tires also.

I went there three times to have this clutch installed and they still have not gotten it in there right. I have been so disgusted, I recently sold my vehicle. I have used them for years, but, since the new owner took over, they have been doing some horrible work. It is as if they do not even care. I cannot remember how much I paid in the end of all this drama, but, I will say it was not a pretty penny and I will never use them again.

I enjoyed the spectacular service I received from Firestone. They were very nice and considerate to what I needed. They took their time, but finished in a reasonable time. Everything is fine and I even purchased a lifetime alignment warranty with them. The price I was charged that day included the warranty for the alignment.

They did an excellent job with the installation of the tires. We had different choices of tires to choose from with Firestone. The price for the tires was about average in price. They gave us an appointment time rather quickly and they were all very friendly.

I have used the services at Firestone before and I am very comfortable in saying they provide good enough service. They are an average company with average workers who provide average prices. I can not really think of anything bad to tell you about them or anything to rave about. I will just say that, yes I would go back for other work on my Grand Prix.

The auto mechanic gave our car very good check over and found the car needed new spark plugs. Our car was not running properly, after the spark plugs were replaced the car runs great. We would not take our car any where else for repairs because their service is always excellent.
