General Remodeling
I do not recommend this company to anyone. Buyer Beware. From the start, we had nothing but problems. We were lied to on several occasions and have paid out almost $60,000 before we discovered the complete truth. The so called work they performed has caused major damages to our home such as water, structural, and foundation issues. We gave them numerous opportunities to fix the various problems and they have done nothing but disappoint us each time. We had an Engineer inspect the work and he reported the addition work needs to be completely torn down and redone due to all the structural and foundation problems. This company has done nothing but ruin our home and our lives. If you are considering using this company, please thoroughly check them out with the BBB, DPOR, and different court systems in the tidewater area. We have filed complaints against them and have learned of many other recent cases. Our home is still in shambles and Fidelity is threatening they will file backruptcy.
