The first time they had to come they had some problems with one of their employees so when they finally came they did it for free. Since then, they call me every three months, approximately, to remind me that my carpets need to be cleaned, which is really helpful.

Fiber Tech Carpet Care took great care of pet stains and the stained spots. What I truly liked about them was they didn t over saturate the carpet. Usually within an hour or so of the cleaning, the rug was dry. I was very satisfied with all aspects of their carpet cleaning and they always get them cleaned up good. The price was very reasonable, but I can't remember what it was.
