Sandra and Sarah arrived ahead of scheduled time. Got right to work with alarm system installation. Didn’t quite expect it to 3 ½ hours to install. Very much satisfied overall.

Family Security has always done an excellent job and they explained everything in detail prior to performing service. They have always been very professional and well organized. You could tell that Sandra, owner, has an extreme amount of knowledge with security systems which made me feel very confrontable from the start. I have been dealing with Family Security for over 15 years and anytime I have a problem Sandra has always been there.  I highly recommend Family Security to keep you and your family. I trust them and have recommended them to several of my friends and family and now they have Family Sercurity as their alarm company.  I will continue to recommend this company because I am completely satified with their committment to the safety and security of all.

Sandra, owner of Family Security, was wonderful to work with. She was very professional and gave my home a thorough inspection to determine what needed to be installed as a basis for my home security system. She left me with a detailed quote and didn't repeatedly call to beg for my service like many other companies out there. She also left some literature behind and pricing model for expanding my home automation and security systems should I chose to.
On the day of install, she was very prompt and worked tirelessly to ensure my system was installed properly and fully functional. This included the side job of running speaker cabling for my surround sound system. She had all the right equipment for the job and ensured everything was cleaned up and working properly before departure.
A big plus with her company was the fact I wasn't pressured into signing a 2-3 year contract that I would be stuck in down the road if displeased with the service. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for home security system needs.

Sandra is a delight to work with. She has been involved in installation and monitoring in our home and our rental properties. Sandra can problem solve any electronic security system issues quickly.Sandra has over 20 years experience locally in the tide water area.

The service went very well. My husband and I are thinking about getting a few of the upgrades, such as the monitoring package to include the video camera.

They are time efficient, thorough, well priced, and an all around quality security company. We've worked with other security companies for one of our other buildings in the past and  ended up switching to Family Security as nothing compares to the service and pricing. The ladies who work for the company are super friendly and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend them!!

The job went very well, Sandy takes care of everything. She knows what she is doing. She is very passionate about services. I've used her company for security in 2 of my houses for more than 20 years. She always takes care of anything I need and keeps me up to date on the latest equipment. I started with a basic system and Sandy has upgraded it over the years. You can't get better service from anywhere else.
