.The installation went fine. Nice job. Its the cabinets themselves that we have issues with. BEWARE of this company- the sample you see in the showroom is NOT what you will get. I picked a cream colored cabinet with a brown glaze. The cabinet sample that I looked at had the glaze evenly all around the groove in the door. The cabinets that I got were awful- they had spotty glaze and looked like an amateur had finished them. When we called the company - they sent out a guy named Chicago. He has no intention of helping you-he is there to spin every reason why the company won't fix the problem. I even asked if I could have some of the glaze to fix the problem myself. (I am a decorative finish paint contractor) He balked, but finally agreed to have the glaze sent to me. It has been 6 months and NO GLAZE. This company is not well run and their customer service is poor at best. Go somewhere else or have the cabinets made by a wood worker- I wish I had.
