This person is crazy! Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Screams at her assistants while she is cleaning and her husband when he joins her.My dogs were terrified of her. I use to be able to leave or not be home when my house was done, not with her. She had been cleaning my home for a few months always knocking what someone else may have or may not have done. Today on phone with her to try to work around her schedule for my next cleaning and she told me she was not doing my FROG, which is the 4th bedroom. We Paid her a lot of money. Terrible customer service. It is all about her and she works so hard at what??? Ripping people off. She over charged me for the first service double stating that my last lady was doing nothing and then I find out she has not done 1 of my 4 bedrooms for months.... Careful of this lady, she is very unprofessional

crew member 2 hours late. He left and was gone another hour and a half.  Spent less than a hour cleaning my house and the job was done incorrectly.   He made a big 6 foot circles on both sides of my house of rust stains.  When I called the owner to complaint, she went off on me for no reason.  She is very unprofessional an has no people skills.   Housekeeping - 1st visit did not go well.  The person the owner left to clean did a awful job.                                                                                    

I love them. They come every 2 weeks. In September they will be 29 years and the waiter that cleans my house has been with the company for 18 years and you don't get a substitute, you get the same person.

They were very awesome. They were very professional. They came out and fixed the problem. I was still having problems and they came right back out. They were just really personable and made sure that they meet the customer's needs. What sticks out about them is their professionalism.

The price is based on square feet of living area, the number of people, and etc. They are reliable and the same person comes every week.

Prompt response for initial quote to clean my house. I told Debbie from the beginning that my biggest concern was not wanting a "rotating door" of cleaning people entering my house and she assured me that she had a stable crew and I would have only one cleaning person unless there was an emergency. Over the course of less than one year, I had at least 3 to 4 different cleaners, and the quality of work and attentiveness declined over that period. It seemed as though more focus is placed on initially signing up a client, not ensuring on-going quality service. The final straw was an incident in which one of the cleaners accidently spilled bleach on my fairly new carpet, followed by a disastrous attempt by her husband to "fix" the carpet by cutting a circle and taping down a patch which popped out the very next day. I had to have the carpet professionally repaired at a cost of $150, which Debbie did reimburse.

Promptly came to give estimate, was to be a very good whole house cleaning the first time and then regular routine. Owner promised a lot and we agreed to pay for it. We told them and she saw the house was dirty and we paid more for it. Most of the windows were done well although we found not all screens latched back in place - discovered that during a storm. The blinds installed decided to put the trash from the blinds in a hutch we have inside of the trash. The same man broke a glass shade on a fan light fixture - because the "glass was old that made it brittle". Took several calls to get that resolved and we had to install a whole new fixture (since shades not available) ourselves. As to the cleaning, we heard clanking and hoped more wouldn't be broken. Woodwork not all cleaned as promised, utility room floor dirty, decorative items stacked and moved totally out of place, cobwebs left. We got the feeling that a time slot had been allotted as opposed to however long it took as promised. The later in the morning it got faster and less quality and boom they left. The owner denies this and said she would come back. I was to frustrated and distrusting. I had been so excited to have a really clean house and was very disappointed since she promised it would be really great.

They promised to do good service. The first few times they cleaned for me they did very good. The next came they came out they were different people and they acted like they didn't care. I called them to send me another person to clean and they said they didn't have anybody else.

They were excellent and very personable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a house cleaning company.

I have used other companies before and this is the best one that I have used. They are very reliable and if there is anything that we are unhappy with, they are out immediately to correct the problem. The first person that was assigned to me was not the best, but when I brought this up, the owner took over and now comes out and takes care of my home. Everything has been excellent ever since.
