Ernie Hill's Oceana Muffler

My family has been taking our cars to Ernie for 30+ years. My grandmother took her cars to Ernie's father, when he had the shop. My dad won't take his car anywhere else. Ernie and his crew are honest and will fix the problem, not try to sell you additional services. I was living in Richmond and a shop told my I needed $900 in repairs to pass inspection. I drove down to Ernie and he charged me $17 for the inspection fee. He said sure, there are repairs that the car could use but nothing that would fail an inspection. I don't trust any other shop like I trust Oceana Muffler.

They are honest about what work needs to be done and what doesn't really need to be done. He is straight to the point, will give you an honest answer, and I think he's absolutely magnificent.

irginia Bech BlvdThey replaced the second section of my muffler and welded the new parts in place. Then they tested the repairs to make sure all was properly done. The job was completed within the hour. Staff was easy to work with and the job was well done.

The people who work at the shop are very professional when they do any type of job. I consider them to be very reliable and very honest as well since they never tend to overcharge you on a job they know that can be done for a lower price. They usually finish the job in the time they tell you they are going to finish it and rarely have any delays on the cars. If I were to grade them on their performance I would give them straight A's all the way because I am just so happy with the shop and the people who work in the shop as well.
