This is the second time I have used Dale Kelso and in both cases he was responsive, prompt, professional and very fair in price. This time he came out and discovered the leak under my sink was due to a crack in the hose. A replacement hose was ordered - in the meantime he showed me how I could use the sink for the time being so that it wouldn't leak. As soon as the part came in he contacted me and set up a time to do the install the next day. The part itself was $75 of the $175 I paid him. He provided me the invoice from the supply company so that I would know the portion of his fee which included parts. I strongly recommend Dale.
