Economic Mowing

I have been using the company since 2016 and everything was going well with the service. However, around April timeframe, the service changed. I have a gate that was left open for the first time and my dogs got out. I told the company and they assured me it would not happen again. The next time the gate was closed, but not latched and they used a bungee cord that was attached to secure it. I let it slide, but then the third time they came out the gate was left wide open again and my dogs got out, again. That was the final straw and I contacted them to cancel service. The owner refunded my money for the work done that day and assured me that it wouldn't happen again. However, I do not believe anyone told him that it was the third consecutive time it had happened because he sounded surprised when I told him it was not the first time.

Service was great. Crew was professional and quality of work was awesome. I have recommended my neighbors to them. I love coming home to a clean neat yard. Hate cutting in the summer heat so I found this company and I am very pleased. Hire them.....

It went great. I was having it done every couple of weeks or so, but due to the rain, it was changed to weekly service. They arrive usually around the same time on the same day every week. I currently pay $37 each week for the service. My lawn looks great and they even took care of the random grass growing through the outside patio tiles and between my cars. There has only been one time where the lawn didn't look as great as it usually does, but it seems to be a rare occurrence.

Quality has been good. They're professional. I understand that weather is a big inhibitor and they work around a lot of scheduling and stuff like that, but I guess I'd be a bit more sympathetic if they were to communicate the changes better. They'll send out e-mails but they're few and far between. So, somehow the scheduling is just not organized.

They are very reliable as I have been using them for 5 years.  They are locally owned and just awesome.  The scheduling is great as we set the day for them to come at the beginning of the season and they show up every week.  Their pricing is very good and they are very responsive to any questions or concerns I have.

They come bi-weekly to just mow and trim. the price is fair for what they do, but they do nothing more than just that. Often they miss weed areas, so I have to try to do it on my own. It is very difficult to reach them by phone and it takes days to get a return email. They do a good job for just mowing, it's fast and cheap. They are not careful, remember to move your car way out of the way of them. I left late for work and they were mowing. The guy was riding the mower and shooting everything at my car in the driveway. I had to wave him down to make him stop. And if you have branches down in your yard, they mow around them. They never clear debris. But it's quick and cheap for basic work.
