"I'm sorry to here that Mr. [Member Name Removed]. We completed the task just as you specified. I wish you would of communicated that you were 20ft short on your Christmas lights and we could of helped you locate them to avoid you being short at the end of the house. The 150 dollar price was a quote for the original amount of work you asked to be done and the price was changed to $100 with the change in the amount of work. If something was missed that you felt was left I wish you would have said something when I checked out and we could of fixed it for you. I placed the wheel barrel where you wanted and cleaned up the debris that fell from the tree, that was the only mess. Thank you for taking the time to provide a review"
