Dynamic Plumbing & Gas Co

Great work. Dynamic Plumbing came out this summer to fix a running toilet in my house. They were timely, professional, and easy to work with. The toilet is fixed and running well. I would use them again for plumbing services.

It went very well did not have or had any problem with any of the work they have done for me so far.  So very happy with the out come still.

Ray and his crew came out & gave me a timely estimate. After a few other choices, I decided to choose them to complete my job. Ray was very informative and answered questions for me that didn't even concern the job I hired him for. That is going above and beyond in my mind. The crew did excellent work & I would definitely hire them in the future.

This was one of the best experiences with a service provider that I have had, hands down!!  They walked me through every step of the process and explained what they were going to do before they did it.  They were true to their estimate, and based on the research I did for this type of work, I felt as if it was a very fair price.  They did everything they could to minimize my costs.  The workers who came out were very prompt, professional and easy to deal with.  The entire job was completed in one day (a Saturday!) and the quality of the work was outstanding.  I would absolutely recommend Dynamic Plumbing and use them again in the future.

Our pilot light wouldn't stay on.  The guy came as scheduled, cleaned out the debris and got the pilot light working again.  He worked quickly and efficiently.  We will definitely use them again.

I was extremely pleased with the communication between my husband and me and Dynamic Plumbing because of how easy and pleasurable it was to deal with them. The owner, Ray, gave us an estimate that was right in the middle of all the other estimates we received and I am so grateful that we made the right choice and went with the very best person for the job that needed to be done.

The men that he sent for the job, mostly it was only one man for most of the work to be done, were clean, polite and did not come and make any messes that they did not leave looking better when they left for the day. It only ended up taking, I believe, 3 1/2 days, which was so much quicker than I expected.

I cannot say enough good things about Ray and his employees at Dynamic Plumbing. They are the ONLY ones you want to call for any hind of sewer line connection work.

Perfect.  Got the permits and did the preliminary work, the inspector came out and said we were good to go, they came back out and finished up - inspection final as soon as I can get the inspector back out here.   VERY nice guy, his crew is too, and arrived on time, worked very quickly.

It went very well. It was all very good. He was very responsive, came out and took care of everything what needed to be done, did it quickly and professionally. I highly recommendhim.

I would not hesitate to recommend Ray to anyone seeking a plumber. We were without water for less than 24 hours after our pipe burst and Ray was a pleasure to deal with--he was accessible, timely, did the repair quickly, and made suggestions for modifications that we could do to prevent the problem from happening in the future.

The guys showed up and quickly figured out what was going on. The owner worked quickly to obtain the permits and schedule inspections for us so that we would not have to go through the weekend with out heat. They arrived early the next morning and replaced the pipe. They showed what went wrong and the improvements they made to prevent the same type corrosion from reoccurring. They left extra seals for the piping connections for the city, who would need to hook it back up to the meter once it had been inspected. Then later that day, they company called to make sure that every thing went well and our gas was back on. These guys were GREAT!

Arrived on time set up, cut out wall for pipe install, installed piping, had dry wall repaired, installed sink.  No problems, excellent workmanship, fast, no messes, cleaned up after.   Very professional and friendly.

The first job was the filter for the well. I wanted to see if I liked Ray. I had told my family that if this job went well I would like to hire him to also do the tankless water heater which had been sitting on the wall for two years and never hooked up.
Ray was easy to talk to as well as the people that worked with him. It was a very pleasant experience.He explained everything that concerned me and answered all my questions.
The clean up and everything done was neat and clean. I will use him again if needed as well as refer him to friends and family.

The visit went very smoothly and the plumber showed me a few things we should be some what concerned about.

The visit went well.  He recommended that the water heater be replaced due to its age.

I used a Angie's Big Deal coupon for the water-heater flush. Ray, from Dynamic Plumbing,  called and set up an appointment.  He was very punctual, and explained all the steps he was going through.  As my water heater is only two years old, there was not too much sediment to flush, but he flushed the tank twice.  Ray advised, that doing this service every two years will prolong the life of the water heater.  Ray also checked the hoses on my washer and found them to be OK, but he advised that I should - sometime down the road - replace the cold water faucet.  I will follow his advice soon.  All in all it was a good experience.

Deal was for:
-Flushing the water heater to remove sediment
-Observing the static water pressure in the home
-Exercising and inspecting all emergency shut-off valves for proper function
-Checking washing-machine supply hoses for proper working condition
-Cleaning all aerators
First, they called mid-day to advise they were going to be late.  Not a problem, I appreciate the effort of at least letting me know.  However, I am disappointed in the service received.  I did get the hot water heater flush as described, but none of the other services were performed.  Perhaps I was supposed to remind him of what the deal included, but I don't believe that to be the customer's responsibility.
Would consider using again, but would certainly shop around due to the experience.

Dynamic Plumbing & Gas Co. was good with toilets. It was pretty decent. They applied the ring of the toilet with no additional charge. They're very punctual and professional. They were very knowledgeable. They kept me informed. They're good plumbers. I would definitely use them again.

Our kitchen flooded last week. I looked through Angie's List and found several plumbers in our area, but reviews for Dynamic Plumbing and Gas Co. stood out to me so I gave them a call! It was late afternoon on Friday, and I thought for sure I was in for a bill of catastrophic proportion!! I was stunned when Raymond said that not only would he be willing to come out on the weekend, but he would not charge us anything extra for it!!! He came out the next day and spent about 45 minutes talking with us about the issue and giving us a plan of action as well as a quote for exactly what it would cost! 
It took us a few days to call back and schedule Dynamic Plumbing and Gas Co. to come back and do the work because in the middle of this whole little adventure we discovered that our dishwasher was broken and had to be replaced! Once I had that detail tended to, I called back and was amazed when they worked us in the **same day**!!! We have a large family, and Raymond wanted to make sure he got water restored as soon as possible so as to minimize the chaos of us having no water in the kitchen! I really appreciated that!! It was obvious to me that we weren't 'just another job', but that he actually cares about the people he serves!
Something else I really appreciated was Raymond's habit of clear communication. He told us exactly what he was going to do, when he was going to do it and how much it would cost. There were no word games or crafty rewordings. He came when he said he would, and when he was slightly delayed at another customer's house for the original quote, he gave me a courtesy call to let me know he would be here shortly, which he was!
The integrity of this company was refreshing!! My husband and I ended up asking for several additional items to be done after the original quote. At this point we were at their mercy... That was their opportunity to really jack up the cost... but NO... Raymond was MORE than fair and equitable!!! To say we were relieved and grateful would be an understatement!!
For me, the crowning touch to Dynamic Plumbing and Gas Co.'s service today was their willingness to help me to succeed in my endeavor to install the new dishwasher! I was soo thrilled they would offer tips and guidance as they worked on the plumbing so that I could do something that they actually provide as a service!!! They could have stood back and watched me struggle and fail miserably so that they could have made the sale in doing it for me, but instead they offered tips and even helped out here and there so that I could do it myself!! Not only did this save us money, but it gave me some much needed confidence in myself in regards to doing home projects and repairs!! I am soo grateful!! Normally my husband does these things, but he was at work and the dishwasher needed to be installed 'now', so Dynamic Plumbing could finish the plumbing repair and get the sink reinstalled, and we wouldn't have to just turn around and rip all the cabinets back out in order to get the new dishwasher installed. I am so excited that instead of making it a miserable situation for me or insisting that I hire them to do the install, they instead empowered me to succeed in installing it as well as helping me to believe in myself more!!!
In summary, we called Dynamic Plumbing and Gas Co. and got fantastic service, a job WELL done, and a bonus boost in my self-confidence!!!! Two thumbs up!!!
