Run far far away!! Dont be fooled by Toms charisma. This company has been an absolute nightmare to work with. It all started with paver selection. The company is absolutely no help whatsoever in picking pavers unless you want the Eagle Bay pavers they are pushing. Tom then failed to order the selected pavers in a timely fashion. He sat at my kitchen table and said everything was in stock and took a $7000 payment. Two weeks later he texts stating some of our paver selections are no longer available. He made no effort at all to assist with identifying and or locating alternative pavers. To complicate matters he ordered the field pavers knowing we could not get the inlay pavers which made identifying and locating inlay pavers that complemented the field pavers even more difficult. I spent days on the phone with paver companies trying to find pavers. Calling paver companies hundreds of miles away from my house to try to locate two pallets of an inlay paver that would go with our field paver. Tom was absolutely useless. Then we find out a week or so later that Tom ordered nine pallets of the wrong field paver. The man is incompetent and a buffoon (his words that he used to describe himself for making such an errorâ ¦and I would not disagree). Again, Tom made little to no effort in trying to rectify or correct the situation. All he did basically was complain that he was stuck with those pavers. Sorry, pal. Your mistake. Your problem. I ended up having to find another paver company helps me. They l ordered me nine pallets of the correct field paper and then we had to wait for them to be produced. I then had to have another paver company help me with an acceptable inlay paver. NIGHTMARE!! The job was not completed on time which impacted a planned celebration (our sons 10-year cancer survivor party). Tom was well aware of the planned date and we even pushed it back a month and still could not get the job completed on time. The job remains incomplete (landscaping has not even been started) almost a year later and we are left with a $20,000 paver patio installed/graded incorrectly causing massive drainage issues and standing water under our house. They acknowledged the error and have said it would be repaired. Now they refuse to respond to us forcing us to resort to the Better Business Bureau. They also refused to respond to the BBB which had closed the case due to failure to respond. Again I say run far far away. There are plenty of companies that do amazing work in the Hampton Roads area.

This is the second time I've used Dreamscapes and the work they do is fantastic. Prior project was to install a paver patio and this one was to install artificial turf and garden beds. Communication was excellent and workers were meticulous and did a great job.

After I contacted them, they came to see and hear my concerns about the erosion control in the back yard. They offered several designs and suggestions from a very elaborate plan to an economical one. I went with the lower one with options to supplement at another time. I got a preliminary drawing and we discussed the type of plantings, steps and lighting to be implemented. When the work started, it was constant and efficient and was finished in the 4 day estimate. Great work, professional and affordable.

When they perished we replaced them as soon as we could get the replacment plants from our supplier. We have your additional shrubs on order to replace as soon as they arrive."

I had this company do some landscaping for me a few years ago and they are terrible. I don't think they have ever installed a fence and their quality of work is the worst. They have no pride at all and care nothing about their customers.

Filled in the area where an above ground pool had been removed. Graded and leveled. Seeded. Put in 22 shrubs. and mulched. Very professional and cleaned area up nicely. Did a great job. I'd use again. This is the second time I've used this company.

We just had Dreamscape Designers install a well-designed patio at our home using Eagle Bay pavers. After talking with several contractors, we settled on Dreamscape Designers because we felt assured that we would be satisfied with the finished product. Initially, we had an issue with the pavers used on the two walls that were built on the perimeter of each side of the patio, and the fire pit. We were anticipating smooth pavers, and we got the rough, jagged-edge pavers instead. Owner Tom Rozier came out immediately and committed to giving us the smooth pavers. With no hesitation, and not asking for additional money, he resolved the issue in less than two weeks in a very efficient manner. This is true dedication to making it right for the customer. With the way the crew installed the patio, the way patio turned out, and Tom���s commitment, we would highly recommend Dreamscape Designers
