 + -1 moreWe had waited around all day for Dowdy Electric to come give us an estimate. He finally showed and was supposed to fax us the estimate for our insurance company. He never provided the estimate, but we figured he would bring it when he came for the scheduled appointment. Nope, we were wrong! He not only did Dowdy never provide the estimate, they also no-showed for our appointment to get the work done. When we called to see if they were coming he "uh" and "oops" and "well..." and said he forgot. Then he never called back. We called Dowdy to complain about the no-show, the person on the phone said they would look into it and call us back but they never did either. Unprofessional, unacceptable!
Description of Work: We had an electrical strike that caused damage to a number of things in our home. electrical outlets, lighting, doorbell, etc.
