DOUG'S AUTO UPHOLSTERY

Doug's repair the top on my 1954 MG. did it exactly to my specifications and at 20% of the cost another Virginia Beach upholsterer had quoted me. They actually had the top ready several days ahead to the promised date. A little out of the way form, but well worth the drive for the service and savings. I'll be back when the need arises.

Finished earlier than planned on what appears to be a factory original.

Worst experience I have ever had with a business. Went to have a new convertible top put on due to old one having a small tear. Went to pick up car and the top didn't line up at all. I was then told that it was my problem and not his. Found cigarette butts in my car with a horrible smell of smoke and was yelled at to pay him and that it was not his fault the top didnt work. Work was done wrong and I was then cursed at and hung up on while asking simple questions of what he would like me to do. Threatened and yelled at when I tried to give him money to be done with the transaction and hung up on again. Bi Polar, poor work, and horrible experience. Stay far away

I have twice sent an email to this Company, and also left a message asking for a quote. They have never responded.

I found this company because they actually answered the phone;four other local upholstery companies I called would not answer. Doug was able to complete the repair the same day. He was very willing to do whatever it took to fix the cover. The completed work was very good, and I was able to keep the cover instead of buying a new one.
