Desperate Housewife Cleaning Services LLC

Terrible - The owner is a awful person who is dishonest. She charged me a large amount for the initial cleaning and did not follow my directions. Her an her assistant treat the cleaning crew like animals on a lesh. I paid her for cleaning my entire home, but was suppose to come back to one room which was not ready. She went ahead and cleaned the room without my permission and her staff move items which I couldn't locate. She moved furniture and didn't return which caused me not to be able to get into closets or reach certain items. I am disabled and can't move the furniture which she knew but didn't care. When I called to ask when they were coming back to finish cleaning, she made sure my check cleared and cursed my out and went off like a lunatic. I hung up on the nut and she kept calling back again and again. Unfortunately, the people who own housekeeping services do not like it when you have any complaints. We are supposed to let them do as they please.

I have used this service for at least a year.  They are very professional, on-time and thorough. I highly recommend.

The women arrive on time, bring in all their own supplies, start upstairs and are very respectful and quiet. They do the entire upstairs first and then move downstairs.  Every time they ask me to check behind them, before they leave, to ensure they have cleaned to my expectations. I have never been dissatisfied with their work. I also have two dogs and all the women who have serviced my house are pet friendly which is a huge plus to us.  They are very trustworthy and professional.

They do the work they have on their list for me and than ask if there is anything else they can do for me.
