On the first home I had to get someone else in to complete the job. I was up against a city inspection. He had the job for over two weeks, the inspection was in 2 days and he was still telling me "I got it, I got it". At the last minute, I had to get someone else in to complete the job by fabricating a couple of kitchen drawers. On the porch repair, a picture is worth a thousand words, look at the pictures. My water intrusion problem is worse than when he started because he didn't finish installing the trim at the base of the porch column. The trim he did install is oriented the wrong way & holds water up against the porch column.... he didn't understand that. That's were it was rotten to begin with. When I mentioned the poor & incomplete job he only argues with me, it wasn't worth dragging it on with him. I just moved on & had to fix it myself. Look at the green paint job, he couldn't reach underneath the railing?, really??? The metal wrap at the top of the stairs was white before he started, look at how he painted half of it green.
