Opening our business in 1972, we specialize in vinyl siding, windows, doors, screen porches, sunrooms and small room additions. We are a proud distributor of SunSetter retractable awnings, Mastic vinyl products and Simington vinyl replacement windows. D.L. Hartmann is not an outside salesman and promises no high pressure sales. There is a guarantee 5-year workmanship warranty that goes beyond the manufacturer's warranty. Free estimates available.

DL came by and gave me a quote. Reasonably priced, and did what I was looking for. Which was using color matched trim instead of something from the store painted, which I did not want. Agreed on a price & showed up when he said he would. Would definitely use again.

I had some trim blow off on the side of the roof. Contacted them on Tuesday, came out the next day for a quote. Work completed on Friday. Looks great and matches exactly.

Mr. Hartman is the most honest contractor I have ever met! Thought our backdoor was leaking. He came and showed us that we had a drainage problem. He told me my back door would last another five years or he could replace it. But, he would not replace it until the drainage issue was repaired. That was Summer of 2019. Now, this summer, after extensive and expensive drainage problem was fixed...I called him to replace the back door. His team did a fantastic job! Great prices and outstanding workmanship.

Originally I wanted both storm door and exterior door replaced. Mr. Hartmann was honest and informed me that the exterior door was fine and did not need replacement. (Another company I had out wanted to charge me for both doors and quoted me 1650.00). Mr. Hartman arrived on time with his crew and work quickly and professionally and replace the door and threshold and insulated, cthe job done was outstanding. When I get ready to replace my back storm door they will be the ones I call.

Mr. Hartman came to take a look at job on a Friday and give estinate. Workmen were here on Monday at 8a.m. to do the repair. They did a quality job. Very professional and polite. Price quoted was fair. I would definitely use them again.

Wonderful! His attention to detail and his knowledge of his profession was impressive. The crew members, Mike and Paul, were very professional and clearly care about their craft. D.L., Mike and Paul knew what problems could potentially arise and how to steer away from them. They also corrected me when I thought I knew the root cause of my siding issue; I thought my gutter company had caused damage to my siding. Nope, they let me know it was the case of squirrels gnawing down on my yummy siding. I wish D.L. and his crew could fix everything around my house! Love these guys.

I requested an estimate for repair and was offered a very fair price and I accepted. He immediately proceeded to make repairs avoiding havint to make a return trip. Repairs were made with professional and thorough. Made sure all panels around the damaged area were retuned to their correct location and all tacked down. Very satisfied and will call him for any future damages or repairs requirements.

I called D. L Hartmann Inc on a Saturday and Mr Hartmann came over the same day to look at my gutter and give me an estimate. He stated he would have the job done the following week and did exactly that on Wednesday.. It is refreshing to receive excellent customer service as well as professional workmanship.

Fantastic! The overall craftsmanship and attention to the smallest details was really unbelievable. Dave Hartmann's main focus is customer satisfaction not the usual contractor approach of trying to sell customers services they didn't need or order. What is even more unbelievable is that I was out of state and not on the job site to 'watch-over' the job progress. You can trust this man to give you a fair, competitive quote and complete the work on time.

Mr. Hartmann is the only handyman I call when I need home repairs that exceed my abilities. I have been relying on him for over 14 years. He always comes right away and charges very fair prices.
