GREAT! I called Robert on a Friday and he came out the next day to give us an estimate (see above). He started work on Wednesday. He worked from 8:00am - 4:00pm Wednesday, 9:30am-5:00 Thursday, 9:00-4:30 Friday, and 10:00am - 6:00pm Saturday. He said to look for imperfections or for anything else we wanted him to fix and he'd come back out on Monday. Everything was great and we didn't need him to come back out.
