Johnson would not return phone calls. They would say they were coming to my house but would never show up to complete the work. I looked back at my phone log and I called this guy 23 times and left several messages regarding repairs that they performed that still leaked. He would never call back or say that they would send someone out. No one ever showed up.
I am careful to rate someone poorly but Johnson (himself) has the worst customer service that I have encountered in my life. I highly recommend that you consider another company based on my experience.
