Collar & Cuff Cleaners

I took a seersucker sportcoat to them because as a one-location cleaner I thought I would get more personalized service.  Pointed out a sweat stain on the sleeve that I wanted to have removed and was promised the coat back at the end of four days.  When I went back, there were blue stains on the sleeve and the front which they acknowledged but said it was because the garment "bled".  I foud this highly unlikely as this coat was bought from a specialy men's store.  Took the coat back to the srore and they pointed out that the stain was much darker than the blue in the coat and they surmised that another garment was cleaned at the same time and bled on my coat.I took the coat back and advised them what the store a determined.  They agreed to re-clean the coat.  I picked it up several days later and took it home completely stain-free.  When I tried the jacket on, it had shrunk from a man's 46L to a 44R.  Went back aand they said they weren't liable but even if they were they would only pay 10X the cost of cleaning ($39.50).  At this point, I decided to drop the matter and just buy a replacement.  Ironically the store that I bought it from initially, when they learned of my problem, gave me a VERY substantial discount-- that was great customer service!
