Chris Cronin's license was revoked in 2009 and now he is under police investigation
good salesman job - kind caring who became a snake in the grass
we were builiding an inlaw suite for my handicapped mother - and were promised all would be accessible to her - a great deck all easily accessible - handle bars for safety - a sound structure
i will be done july 31 2014 - our goal is to have (three generations of women under the same roof)
he walked off the job Aug 1 2014 when it became too much for him 
he took an advance on our money (we stupidly gave) and stopped working 
he lied - 
we have the structure up and the plumbing which did not origainally pass inspection 
is now half done - house is unlivable  - no toilets vanities ect - nothing in house 
he is unprofessional - inconsiderate - and a fraud - 
i do not recommend him for any services  even his landscaping business - 
people that take advantage of others are wrong
he took our money and an advance on the fourth installment we follishly gave (56,000 and it is not finish and done poorly)

I stopped using them, and I would not recommend them.  They didn't do what they said they were going to do for the price we agreed on.  They just didn't do the job right.  There isn't adequate supervision with the people.  You can try using them, but you're going to have to watch them very carefully and monitor their work.  They did work for me while I was out of town, and I didn't notice the lack of proper performance until after I got home.
