apparently we had mold problems that had been festering for two years. I called Mike and he came right out, the next day he had an efficient, courteous and knowledgeable team in place working diligently. They fixed a wall in a bedroom that had a large mold area under wallpaper, caused by a leaking chimney.  Then they repaired a large area in the upstairs ceiling, caused by an overflowing air-conditioning unit that had not been installed properly, then left to grow when we were not present.  It was a very large job, and  after researching on the internet I had expected to pay  more for it. When the team was finished, the carpets were vacuumed, the mold smell was completely gone and only a pleasant scent remained. We could not have been happier.

It was great!  The owner came out himself, looked around and under the house, and had an estimate for us that morning.   Communication was seamless.  I told him I needed to have it done ASAP, and he scheduled his team to work over the weekend to get it done by Monday.  They had to rip out four feet of drywall in the master bedroom and walk-in closet, and more in the master bathroom. The whole area was contaminated.  Even though more drywall was involved than he originally calculated, he didn't increase the estimate.  They cleaned and sealed all the joists and studs and put new sub-flooring down when they were done just for the cost of the plywood.  He arranged for the HEPA fans to clear out all the air from my house and hired a dumpster; all I had to do was stay out of the way.  The guys worked fast and the job was done early.  All the guys were friendly and professional, and they left the place cleaner than they found it.  I hope never to need them again, but if I do, Clean Air Solutions is the company I will call.

Clean Air Solutions, Inc., technicians installed a new, wider, more accessible door to the crawl space; collected,bagged, carried all old insulation to an approved dumpster site; installed new insulation  and a Bithutane water proofing membrane over the entire crawl space including primer, water proofing adhesive, surface drain, and drain box.  Their services also included a modified dry well, the dumpster fee, gutter tie-in, joint sistering, main beam replacement, outer seal plate, pier replacement, and fungicide spray.  
We are completely pleased; in fact, this is the first time we actually have a good, safe feeling about the protections against mold and moisture under our house.  If you want top quality service from friendly and top quality people, we highly recommend Mike Yurcak and his company, Clean Air Solutions, Inc.  You will not be disappointed!  It's rare to find top-of-the-line service, but we certainly found it and are happy to share the good news.

I'm very pleased. They provided excellent service. They had excellent responsiveness and timeliness once they scheduled the date and everything. I couldn't be more pleased. They didn't try to make a little money. They offered to do the rest but they don't pressure you. They did it for $49 and they did a lot, 400 square feet is a sizable amount. It was an excellent deal. They did it and they did it well.

Mike was awesome! He arrived on time for his appointment, grubbed around under my house and gave me a pictorial tour of what exactly was under there. He was very thorough at explaining what needed to be done and why. As we talked, he wrote up a quote, and explained every line item. His quote was very reasonable, and he not only included my Angie's List discount, he threw in the vapor barrier finishing for free, as a previous vendor had not carried the barrier all the way to the back wall.
 The crew arrived on time, and went right to work. They worked hard both days they were here, and finished right on time. At the end of the job, there was another pictorial tour so I could see what had been done. 
There was one unexpected repair due to a hole that hadn't been seen on first inspection, but the crew patched it and didn't charge me extra for the repair.
I can already tell that the furnace is running less, and my floors are warmer. I'm very pleased by the job Mike and his crew did for us, and I won't hesitate to recommend him, or to use their services again.

UPDATE 09/29/2014: We've had two separate contractors come out to look at issues with the sub-floor, and both were extremely complimentary about the quality of work done under the house. One said he'd sleep down there, and another said the quality of work was outstanding, and was amazed at how clean and dry it was.

The service was fine. The experience was perfectly positive. I paid an additional about 200 Dollars when it was all said and done. It is not wholly their fault, but they were a little late that day.

The service turned out well. They were professional and on time. They did a decent job. I was happy with the service.
