"Another case of a costumer hearing wh at they want. I told this women I would "TRY" to have it ready the next day, but also informed her that we have been very busy lately with Christmas and new years, and that my wait time was 2-3 weeks, so she accepted to leave it there...knowing it could potentially take between 2-3 weeks. When it was ready I told the customer that the cord didn't need to be replace because it was a brand new cord already on it. Our lamp repairs start at $27.50 regaurdless of what is done. That's written on the wall of our store. She was never told that the cord would be replaced. But I did tell her that I would do it while she waited on the counter free of charge. And she became Irate over nothing and stormed out. Once again we've been in buisness for 25 years and our #1 goal is customer service, it's what we are known for, this is just one of those people that can't be pleased, even though we offered time and time agian to fix the situation."

"Customer brought lamp in and was told parts needed to be ordered since lamp was of European origin and American parts will not work. So the coustomer was informed and told of this and was ok with this and left lamp. Most of the the parts were coming in from California which takes about three weeks from the company we order our parts through and customer was made aware again and again was ok with it. Now on top of fixing lamps in order as they come in he was already on a 3-4 week wait time and parts were on order pushing this lamp back, again customer was ok. Several calls were made on our part weekly to inform the customer about updates and our calls were never returned. This is our policy with all customers to be given a weekly call. So the customer came in on a Saturday very irate and hostile and demand that he wanted his lamp back and we gladly told him what the hold up was and that we have been trying to call, and that the company informed us the parts would be in on tueday. But he snathed his lamp up and left with even hearing us out or anything. We apologized and he told him that but he clearly wasn't going to be civil. Bottom line is he had something that was European that was going take some time to fix and he didn't want to wait, we tried to offer a free repair since the parts took awhile and he didn't want it. We always put ours customers first but this man clearly was having a bad day and decided to be less than civil about things"
